How to add buyback devices.
You can turn on or turn off specific devices in the buyback device catalog by going to Settings > Buyback Devices
We do not allow you to add devices to the buyback device catalog manually. To ensure quality and data correctness across our entire platform, you can request new products to be added.
You can request a new device by emailing help@buyback.ai or using the chat box in the lower right-hand corner.
